Terms of Service

PLEASE READ MY TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE EMAILING/FILLING OUT A COMMISSION FORM.

  • I have the right to accept or deny any commission. I will always try to give a reason if yours is denied, but I am not obligated to.

  • All prices are as listed. Please respect this and note that I may have to adjust prices on an individual basis due to additional characters, complex or involved designs, etc. Most additional charges are listed within my prices, but cases of complexity can always vary.

  • I accept payment as USD via Paypal only. DO NOT send me any money. I will send you an invoice for payment.

  • Commissions will be completed within 2 weeks to 1 month from the time of payment. Work will be completed as quickly as possible, so please be patient!

  • All payments are final and cannot be refunded. I have the right to cancel a commission if necessary and will offer a full refund if I have done so.

  • I require payment upfront before work on your commission will begin.

  • Invoices must be paid either partially or in full within 24 hours of the time of receiving your invoice. If payment is not received your invoice and commission will be automatically canceled. Your slot will be voided and otherwise no longer reserved and I will move to the next client in line. I will not contact you seeking payment. If you would like to commission me you must fill out the form again. Please note that multiple instances of this put you at risk of being blacklisted.

I will inform you if you have requested something I can't/am uncomfortable drawing. If you would like additional clarification or approval before filling out the form, please feel free to email me so we can discuss it further!

Your Rights As A Client

  • Please do not post any finished commissions I have drawn for you on websites like tumblr/twitter/instagram/etc without my permission (plurk is fine). Please ask me if you would like to post your commission and I will let you know. Please respect if I would rather you did not.

  • The same goes for using my icons on sites like Dreamwidth, please credit me in the icon comments.

  • You are not allowed to alter the image in any way or resell the image/use my art on products to be sold.

  • I do not mind if you color sketches/lineart that have been made for you, but please be sure to credit me for the original linework.

  • You may resell or trade adoptables purchased from me. You are NOT allowed to sell them for more than they were originally purchased.

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed.

Clean lineart, no roughness.

Complex works that have been fully rendered/painted with a detailed background.

Reference Sheets

Flat Rate: $50
Includes a full body shot of character + palette
+$30 for two full body shots (front and back)
+$30 for an additional full body shot (chibi)
+$20 for a headshot
Other things can be added upon request and are subject to price increase such as text, objects, additional poses and drawings.

Custom/Character Design

Starting rate: $40
